Surgery roadshows

It’s been a busy summer of constituency surgeries and I’m grateful to everyone who came along

Honoured to Serve North Northumberland.

Bamburgh to Thropton to hear your views

Over the past two weeks, I’ve been on the road with my team, speaking to as many North Northumberland constituents as possible.

I’ve been to Bamburgh, Beadnell, Christon Bank, Linton, Norham, Lowick, Powburn and Thropton and it has been great to meet so many of you. I’m keen to do more roadshows in the future, so watch out for a flyer through the door if I’m able to make it to your community.

You have shared your views and concerns around planning issues, the horror in Gaza, fair taxation and more. You’ve also called in to ask about community funding, road safety and mobile signal.

There’s so much going on locally, and globally, but I’ve felt a real sense of solidarity with the people I’ve been fortunate to meet. Thank you all for taking time to come and see me as we work together on these important issues.

I’ve even been invited to take part in a charity fire walk, something I would dearly love to do, so watch this space.

It continues to be my honour to serve the good people of North Northumberland.
